Vlad Verba

Goldstein High School with a 4.0 GPA. His accomplishments include setting multiple school records including the 100 Freestyle, 100 Breaststroke, 200 Individual Medley, 200 Medley Relay and 200 Freestyle Relay. He placed third overall at the New York City PSAL Championships in the 100 Freestyle. At the New York State Championships for the 100 Freestyle and 100 Breaststroke Vlad made the C and B finals for both, respectively. His dedication and persistence qualified him to attend the Speedo Sectionals Championships making finals for 100 Breaststroke and 100 Freestyle. His awards during senior year at Goldstein include the distinguished award of the National Scholar Athlete, presented by the U.S Army Reserve. He also received the Athlete of the Year award for demonstrating his athletic achievement, sportsmanship and dedication. Vlad will be attending the 3-2 program with Adelphi and Columbia University School of Engineering. Ariel Okhtenberg

His goal is to produce applications to aid adults and children with their swimming life experiences. Ariel has been swimming since the age of 9. As a National Level Swimmer his goal is to train and compete in the Olympic Trials. Lawrence Rozenblum

Lawrence has been swimming since the age of 3 and has been a part of the Matchpoint NYC family for a year. Under the watchful guidance of Konstantin Petrov he was able to qualify for Junior Olympics in both short and long courses. Rachelle Duval

She has been a competitive swimmer for 11 years and her other passions include playing viola and piano. Calhoun High School in Merrick, NY. She will be attending Georgetown University in pursuit of a career in Bio- Chemistry. Her goal is to work in the medical field. Jessica has been a competitive swimmer since the age of 6 and is currently a Junior National level swimmer. At Georgetown she will train to compete under Coach Jamie Holder. He started during his freshman year at Staten Island Tech High School. After graduating he will pursue a medical program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Bohdan qualified to compete in the Age group championship, Senior Mets, and the NY state championships.
