Become the healthy, fit and empowered new you. Your personal training experience begins with a physical assessment with a fitness specialist, who will customize an exercise program tailored to your needs and goals. After several weeks, we will re-assess your personal progress and adjust your program to achieve maximum results. MatchPoint NYC offers two levels of fitness trainers. One-hour sessions can be purchased individually or in packages of up to 50 sessions.
Trainers hold national fitness certification and/or degrees in Exercise Science. They are highly knowledgeable fitness coaches and have a firm grasp of strength, cardio and weight reduction programs. Level 1 training are designed for beginner to intermediate level participants.
Trainers have specialized fitness certifications in flexibility, pre-post natal programs, medical and sports-specific exercise in addition to Bachelor and Master’s degrees in the Exercise Sciences. Level 2 trainers are skilled coaches with years of experience and proven track records in the fitness industry. Many of these Master Trainers are renowned industry leaders, former collegiate champions and pro athletes. This level of training covers all phases of fitness programming from beginner to elite athlete.
