The basics of CrossFit are easy

All exercises follow set WODs (workout of the day). From there, each exercise is scalable to meet your individual fitness level, form, strength, and goals. The focus is on helping you meet and push past your limits in a safe and effective way.

The WODs are also meant to give you a full range of fitness – from weightlifting to gymnastic skills to cardiovascular exercises. By changing the movements up, CrossFit is able to help build muscle, strengthen joints, and promote healthy movement while also lowering the risk of injury – not only during the workouts but in everyday movement as well.
