Your personal training experience begins with a physical assessment with a fitness specialist, who will customize an exercise program tailored to your needs and goals. After several weeks, we will re-assess your personal progress and adjust your program to achieve maximum results. MatchPoint NYC offers two levels of fitness trainers. One-hour sessions can be purchased individually or in packages of up to 50 sessions.
Our one-on-one personal training service is our premiere offering at our gym. You will receive private individualized fitness instruction and exclusive training. All of the programming is customized for the client’s specific individualized goals. You will gain extensive knowledge and experience with a variety of different fitness machines, special equipment and training modalities. This is perfect for people who have minor injuries, movement limitations, or are looking to be guided safely while using the variety of equipment within our facility. This is the best choice to achieve the most results within a specific time frame. The trainer will keep the client motivated by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability.
