Juice cleansing allows your body to rehydrate; cleanses your liver; repairs your gut; rests your stomach; reduces your appetite and helps you lose weight!
Below you’ll find the combination of 7 juices, 2 smoothies and 3 snacks that will recharge your body in 3 days. Here are some important pointers to keep in mind during your detox:
-Juice the items in the order listed for added benefits.
-Play with the portioning of ingredients to suit your unique taste.
-Try to make sure all drinks are 20-24 ounces worth.
-Drink water through-out the day (at least 2 cups worth per day).
-If you decide to choose a different snack make sure it is light and healthy.
-And most importantly, don’t quit!

Whenever you’re feeling hungry, have a glass. Cashew milk will keep you full with it’s high protein content and help you last the full 3 days!
Cashew Milk How-to:
(for 5 cups)
-Soak a cup of cashews for at least 4 hours (preferably over night)
-Drain and rinse them till water runs clear
-Blend cashews with 4 cups of water, a dash of agave, a sprinkle of sea salt and top it of with cinnamon (based on preference)
-Refrigerate
It should be good for 3-4 days; just enough time for you to finish your cleanse!
