Orange Ball Tennis Program
For players who are transitioning into orange ball and learning to play on 60 ft. court. Lessons are structured to focus on developing groundstroke consistency, serve technique and transition to the net. Use of orange ball, on 60 ft. court. Racquet size: 23-25 inches. Class length: 60 minutes on-court. Players are expected to be regularly participating in local tournaments and matchplay.
Green Dot Tennis Program
For players who are transitioning into full-court play with green balls. This class will further emphasize player’s ability to adjust to different heights and depth, while maintaining technical foundation, and covering the full court effectively. Players are learning how to adjust their style based on opponent’s preferences. Additional importance is placed on point building and in developing a weapon. Players are expected to be regularly participating in local tournaments and matchplay.
Tennis Fitness
Strength and conditioning program specifically designed for younger tennis players. Program goals:
- Improve physical endurance, and agility so to enhance on-court performance and reduce injuries. Proper technique will be taught and emphasized for all exercises. All exercises will use only the player’s body weight as resistance.
