2018 Maccabi Games Swimming Championships in Irvine, California

Dear Parents and Swimmers,

August 6th- 9th, our  MatchPoint NYC swimmers, Eric Cherny, and Isabelle Yaremenko, ages 13 and 14 (Bensonhurst Team from Brooklyn) and Samuel Gavrilov and Gerald Yavorsky both 16 years old (Kingsbay Team from Brooklyn), participated at the USA 2018 Maccabi Games Swimming Championships in Irvine, California. We’d like to congratulate them again! Their medals are described below:

• Eric Cherny won one 1st, two 2nd, three 3rd and four 4th place medals!
• Isabelle Yaremenko won one 3rd, four 4th and 5th, three 6th, 7th, 8th, and 14th place medals!
• Samuel Gavrilov won one 2nd place, one 3rd place, one 4th place, five 5th place, and one 7th place medals
• Gerald Yavorsky won one 2nd, two 3rd, 6th and 9th, and two 10th place medals.
